A North Carolina native and proud Wilmington resident for over 37 years, Ed Wagenseller brings more than two and a half decades of real estate experience in the Wrightsville Beach and Wilmington markets. Having successfully navigated both booming markets and economic downturns, Ed understands that real estate is a dynamic industry and that adaptability and honesty are key. His client-first approach eliminates outdated sales tactics in favor of objective, transparent advice focused on what is truly best, both financially and emotionally, for the consumer.

In 2003, Ed earned the Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultant (C-CREC) designation from the National Association of Real Estate Consultants, becoming the first agent in the Wilmington area to hold this consumer-focused credential. He also has the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation, which recognizes his expertise in serving the upper tier of the market with discretion and professionalism.

Ed is a graduate of both UNC-Chapel Hill and UNC-Wilmington, where he now serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Theatre. Outside of real estate, Ed remains active in the performing arts, working professionally as an actor in film, television, and commercials. Over the years, he has shared the screen with stars such as Walton Goggins, Danny McBride, Judd Hirsch, Eva Marie Saint, Will Ferrell, Ben Stiller, and Haley Joel Osment just to name a few.

Ed has been married to his wife Melissa for 30 years. They have two adult sons, now ages 22 and 25. His love for the arts fuels his creativity, but real estate remains his true livelihood—where integrity, service, and experience come together to deliver results.
